通过日常工作分析,发现人为因素、缺乏安全管理制度和科室的特殊性是影响普外科护理安全的主要因素。加强普外科护理安全的主要措施,包括:加强对护理人员的培训和管理、培养护士谨慎的作风和人性化的护理服务等。
