This paper starts from analysis of the first structural features and find how the circulation system of specialized markets realize an efficient supply of commodity interflow service by support of the agglomerating middleman; then it analyzes the second structural features and find why it is difficult for specialized markets to supply value-added services such as quality improvement and longitudinal information integration. Only when we take the two factors into account can we make an objective analysis of the efficiency frontiers and evolutional trends of the specialized markets. However, current research on the organizational structure of the specialized markets concentrates on its organizational form but overlooks its governance structure, which results in the inaccurate definition of the efficiency frontier of the specialized markets and unnecessary controversy over judgments on the evolution trend of specialized markets.
