摘要
目的为了进一步探究护理专业病理教学改革,并结合临床护理特点与特性开展实践教学操作。方法根据我校学生病理教学改革前与改革后的考试成绩,分析与总结临床护理特性和特点以及护理学专业教学中病理教学内容的不足之处,制定教学改革策略,验收实践操作结果。结果教学改革前,学生护理学综合考核平均分为(89.52±4.89)分;病理学考核平均分为(53.41±3.07)分。教学改革后,学生护理学综合考核平均分为(94.76±2.17)分;病理学考核平均分为(87.61±2.13)分。教学改革前后学生考核成绩比较具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。另外,在实际临床护理实践中学生在病理教学改革前后的临床护理表现和护理质量比较同样具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论病理学与护理学教学是当代医学教学工作中的两大重点,两者互为促进,掌握一定的病理学知识是对当代护理人员的必然要求,也是提高护理院校人才输出质量的关键所在。
Objective To explore the nursing professional practice teaching reform of pathology teaching, combining the characteristics of clinical nursing operation. Methods According to the students of our school teaching reform of pathology before and after the reform of the examination results, analysis and summarize the clinical nursing characteristics and nursing of Pathology Teaching in the professional teaching is insufficient, make teaching reform strategy, the acceptance of the practice operation results. Results The teaching of students in nursing assessment before the reform, the average score was (89.52 + 4.89); pathological examination divided into (53.41 + 3.07) points. After the reform of the teaching, students in nursing the comprehensive examination of the average score was (94.76 + 2.17); pathological examination divided into (87.61 + 2.13) points. Teaching reform of examination scores of students before and after comparison with statistical difference (P〈0.05). In addition, in the actual clinical nursing practice students compare the performance and quality of care in the clinical nursing before and after the pathology teaching reform with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Pathology and nursing teaching is the two major contemporary medical teaching work, both mutual promotion, master certain pathological knowledge is the inevitable requirement of contemporary nursing staff, is the key to improve the quality of nursing colleges where output.
