短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育加后续的网络化随访对糖尿病患者自我管理水平的影响

An intensive short-term impact on diabetes health education to patients with diabetes self-management level of the subsequent follow-up networking

目的探讨短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育加后续的网络化随访对糖尿病患者自我管理水平的影响。方法选取该院接收的140例糖尿病患者作为该次的研究对象,以健康教育模式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组70例,对照组患者采用传统的分次糖尿病健康教育方式进行健康教育;观察组患者则采用短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育加后续的网络化随访方式进行健康教育;比较两组患者的糖尿病知识及自我管理水平。结果两组患者健康教育前糖尿病相关知识水平、主动自我管理水平、糖化血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后两组患者均有所改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育加后续的网络化随访方式对糖尿病患者进行健康教育其效果明显优于传统的分次糖尿病健康教育模式,可有效的增强患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度,并可提高患者自我管理能力,临床价值较高,应推广应用。

Objective To investigate the short-term focus to strengthen the diabetes health education network plus the subsequent follow-up on diabetes self Affect the level of management. Methods 140 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital received as of this object of study in different health education model will be divided into groups and the control group, 70 cases in the control group of patients in each group using conventional fractionated diabetes health education way health education; observation group were focused on strengthening the short-term follow-up of diabetes health education network plus follow-up approach to health education; compare two groups of patients with diabetes knowledge and self-management. Results The level of knowledge of health education-related groups of patients with diabetes, active self-management levels, glycated hemoglobin levels showed no big difference （P〉0.05）; health education were improved after two groups of patients, but the observation group than the the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of short-term focus to strengthen the diabetes health education network plus subsequent follow-up mode diabetes health education which is better than the traditional graded diabetes health education model, which can effectively enhance the patient mastery of diabetes knowledge, and improve patient self-management skills, clinical higher value should be popularized
