摘要
目的在分析医院洗涤中心工作特点的基础上,总结医院被服洗涤社会化管理的有效措施及应用效果。方法该洗涤中心于2014年1月开始,按照以下步骤对被服洗涤工作加强社会化管理:1合理改造房屋分区;2强化被服洗涤质量管理;3强化内部控制和操作技能培训;4强化设备管理;5强化服务管理;6完善奖惩制度。比较实施社会化管理前后的受众满意度、成本、年收入及洗涤效率。结果该洗涤中心实现社会化管理后,洗涤效率、受众满意度和年收入显著上升,洗涤成本明显下降。结论洗涤中心应不断完善和改进其管理模式,逐步实现被服洗涤社会化管理,以更好地满足医院各项需求,值得大力推广。
Objective On the basis of analysis of the washing center hospital characteristics, summarized the hospital clothing and apply effective measures to effect washing socialized management. Methods The washing center began in January 2014, according to the following steps to strengthen the work of the Society of washed linen management: (1)a reasonable partition housing renovation;(2)to strengthen the quality of washed linen management;(3)to strengthen internal controls and operational skills training;(4)to strengthen equipment management; (5)strengthen service management; (6)perfect reward system. Comparative audience before and after satisfaction of social management, cost, annual income and washing efficiency. Results After washing center to achieve social management, washing efficiency, audience satisfaction and annual income increased significantly, washing costs decreased significantly. Conclusion Washing centers should continue to refine and improve its management model, the progressive realization of social management wash clothing in order to better meet the needs of the hospital, it is worth promoting.
