摘要
该文基于JCI标准探讨流程再造在清洗中心的作用,采用科学有效的洗涤流程,就被服的分检、洗涤、烘干、熨烫、缝补及运送等各个环节,针对存在的主要问题进行分析探讨,制定和实施相应的质量改进措施,从规范布局,完善制度,优化流程,明确职责等几个方面入手,经多次论证后对原有流程进行全方位的动态与静态相结合的流程再造。从而改善了工作环境,提高了洗涤工作效率及洗涤质量,杜绝二次污染,保障了生产安全;医院的综合成本降低了,洗涤洁净率提高了10%,患者及员工的满意度提高了8%。
This article probes into the effect of JCI standardsonbusiness process reengineering (BRP) in Cleaning Center.Methods Washing procedures including clothing sorting, washing, drying, ironing, mending and transportation had been analyzed and corresponding scientific and effective measures had been formulated and carried out. Results After BCR, the environment of washing center had been improved which was benefit to the increase of working efficiency, the quality of washing, the elimination of second pollution and the satisfaction of patients and staff. Last but not the least, the comprehensive capital of hospital had been effectively decreased.
