我国公共卫生危机管理体系问题对策分析

Analysis and Countermeasures of Public Crisis Management System of Chi-na's Problems

公共卫生危机事件具有突发性、公共性、多样性、复杂性、高频化、社会危害严重性、全球流动性等特征,可能对公众健康和生命安全、社会经济发展、生态环境等造成不同程度的危害,严重影响着社会经济发展。而我国的危机管理工作起步较晚,公共卫生危机管理应对机制和体系建设方面存在着诸多不足。该文以危机视角的角度分析了我国公共危机管理的现状,希望能够对完善公共卫生管理体系有所帮助。

Public health crisis is sudden and public nature,diverslty,complexity,high frequency,the harm to society and characteristics of global liquidity,may cause different degree of harm to public health and safety, social economic development and ecological environment,seriously affects the development of economy and society.But our country＇s crisis management started late, public health crisis management mechanism and system construction,there exist many problems.This paper takes the crisis perspective analyzes the present situation of public crisis management in our country,we hope to be able to improve the public health management system help.
