中药调节肾脏纤维化ERK信号通路研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了ERK信号通路的生物学特征及信号转导机制,总结了ERK信号通路与肾脏纤维化以及中药对肾脏纤维化ERK信号通路的影响,认为一些中药及复方可以通过细胞外信号调节激酶调控相关细胞因子的分泌,抑制系膜细胞增生和细胞外基质分泌,从而改善肾脏纤维化。 This paper summarizes the biological characteristics of the ERK pathway as well as the signal transduction mechanism, the ERK pathway, renal fibrosis and the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine on ERK pathway of renal fi- brosis; Some Traditional Chinese Medicine and compound can regulate kinase, control secretion of related cytokine, and inhibit mesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix secretion, through the extracellular signal, in order to improve renal fibrosis.
