《军事体育训练改革发展纲要》为军事体育训练的正规化、科学化、实战化指明了方向,同时也为新时期加强军事体育训练的法规制度建设提供了依据。根据以往军事体育训练中存在的问题,阐述了新时期加强军事体育训练法规制度建设的现实需求,提出了加强军事体育训练法规制度建设的相应措施。

At the same time, it provides gist for the construction of the regulations and rules of military sport training in the new time. This article describes the practical requirements concerning military sport training in the new period in accordance with the previous problems during training and put forwards related measures on how to strengthen the rules and regulations of military sport training.
