女舰员基本身体素质现状与适应性训练探讨

摘要 通过对我军海军部队作战舰船女性舰员的岗位基本身体素质的现状进行测试和数据分析研究,提出了女性舰员上舰前的岗位适应性训练的对策和相关建议,为进一步有效开展海军部队女性舰员的针对性训练指明了方向,为海军女性舰员军事素质的培养提供参考。 The paper makes a test and analysis on the data about the basic physical quality of female crews working on warships, and puts forward some solutions and corresponding suggestions that female crews should attend the adaptability training before aboard. The paper gives a guide for female crews to attend the related training at battle positions to develop basic physical quality, providing a reference for naval female crews to increase military qualities.
