摘要
从制度框架分析来看,日本职业咨询师资格认证制度具有认证体系完善、认证标准明确、认证考试与培训相结合和重视实践操作技能等特点。根据我国职业咨询现状,借鉴日本经验,我国应该完善政府主导、多方参与的认证体系,建立科学、统一、细化的认证标准,形成考训一体、知行合一的认证模式,创设资格证书定期更新和技能再培训机制。
From the perspective of its institutional framework, Japanese attestation system for the qualification of professional counselors is characterized by its system perfection, clearly defined standards, due emphasis on practical skills and appropriate integration of examinations and training. Based on the status quo of professional counseling in China and to draw on the Japanese experience, China should perfect the government-led, multi-stakeholder attestation system through establishing a scientific, unified and detailed attestation standards, developing a authentication model which can integrate examinations with training, learning with practice, and creating a mechanism for periodical updating and retraining.
