摘要
"书院"是我国高校"文化育人、活动育人"的新平台。辅导员在"书院"的工作中,常常会因为外部环境或自身内在矛盾等原因而出现角色冲突,主要表现在:角色自我认识不清、角色本末倒置以及由于书院制度不完善导致的多重角色压力等问题。对此,应明确书院的职能定位、厘清书院与学院的关系、促进辅导员队伍导师化和专业化建设等。
"Academy" is a new platform for nurturing students via culture and activities in higher education institutions of China. However, in counselors' work in academies, role conflict often arises out of several factors: the counselors' lack of self-awareness towards their roles, their incapability to differentiate primary roles from secondary ones, and multiple pressures from institutional deficiencies related with academics. Based on the analysis, it is suggested that the functions of academics be clearly defined, the relation between academies and colleges be clarified and the construction of a professionalized counselor team capable of serving the function of academic tutors be facilitated.
