多元文化视野下的学校音乐教育

School Music Education from Multicultural Perspective

多元文化视野下的音乐教育已开始成为音乐教育的潮流和趋势,其理念正在得到更多的认可和重视。但我国的学校音乐教育在贯彻多元化文化视野下的音乐教育理念过程中还存在一些问题:多元文化视野下学校音乐教育的内外环境不够完善;以欧洲音乐体系为主的教育模式无法满足学校音乐教育发展的需要;对多元文化视野下音乐审美教育的认识不够充分。为此,应树立多元文化视野下的音乐教育理念;建立和完善多元文化音乐教育体系;加强音乐师资队伍建设,推行音乐教育改革,加大音乐教育内外环境建设。

Multicultural music education has become the trend of music education and the idea has been increasingly accepted and valued. However, in the implementation of multicultural music education in schools of China, problems still exist. They include： the internal and external environment still needs to be improved; the teaching mode with European music system as a principal content cannot satisfy the development of music education in schools; the awareness of nmlticuhural music education is inadequate. Thus, it is necessary to establish the education in and external conception of multicultural music education, improve the music education system, reform music schools, strengthen the training of music teachers and intensify the construction of the internal environment for music education.
