摘要
邓小平同志被誉为改革开放的总设计师。他在人才理论方面提出了著名的"四有"论。他的"四有"人才思想仍然是当前我们党加强人才工作的重要指导方针。为全面理解和落实邓小平的"四有"人才思想,搞好人才工作,基于价值观视角阐释了有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的内涵。
Deng Xiaoping is known as the chief designer of China’s reform and open door to the outside world. His thought is extremely abundant. Among them,the theory of“four haves”is very famous. This theory is still the important guidelines of our Party to strengthen personnel work now. Based on the perspective of values,this article explained the connotation of“four haves”systematically in order to fully implement the theory and promote the personnel work construction.
