摘要
饲料作为畜禽生长发育所必需的能量来源,是畜禽业重要的组成部分。饲料中所含有的营养因子是保证畜禽健康快速成长的必要条件,抗营养因子是与营养因子相对立存在于植物中的另一种物质,会对畜禽的生产性能和健康造成不利影响。文章就大豆抗营养因子的作用及钝化和消除方法作以综述。
As a necessary energy source for the growth and development, feed is an important part oi the hve- stock industry. Feed contained nutritional factors is necessary to ensure the rapid growth of livestock health condi- tions. Anti-nutritional factors is opposed to nutritional factors in plants, it would cause some adverse effects for live- stock production performance and health. The concept of soybean anti-nutritional factors, the role and the passiv- ation and elimination methods were reviewed in this paper.
