冠心病(CHD)患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) Patients with Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine Treatment

目的为了明显改善冠心病患者的临床症状并提高预后,分析和研究给予阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪治疗的可行性和意义。方法通过随机数字表的方法抽取100例在2011年2月—2014年2月来该院心内科住院治疗的冠心病患者作为研究对象,并分为对照组和观察组各50例,其中对照组患者采取冠心病传统治疗方案进行用药,而观察组患者在传统用药方案的基础上联合应用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪,对比用药后两组患者临床治疗有效率。结果经过统计分析发现,观察组和对照组患者均取得了一定的治疗效果,但是观察组患者治疗效果48例(96.00%)和对照组39例(78.00%)相比更加显著,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者治疗上给予传统西医药物治疗同时辅以阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪,能够显著提高临床的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze and study the feasibility and significance of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease so as to significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the prognosis of the disease. Methods 100 eases with CHD hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were selected as the subjects in accordance with the randomly number table. And they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given the traditional treatment regimen for treatment, while those in the observation group were given atorvastatin and trimetazidine based on the traditional treatment regimen. And the clinical treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results The statistical analysis showed that certain therapeutic effect had been achieved in both the observation group and control group. The response rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group[48（96.00%） versus 39（78.00%）] with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease, traditional western medicine treatment supplemented with atorvastatin and trimetazidine, can signifi- cantly improve the clinical treatment effect and the quality of life of patients, therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
