北京园博会志愿者组在综合传统大型赛会志愿者管理的经验基础上,创新性提出360度环评体系,根据志愿者管理体系的社会分层分析,建立分级考核模型,形成完整有效的志愿者评价机制,实现了园博会志愿者良好工作效果.

The volunteer group innovated 360 degrees evaluation system, on the basis of comprehensive traditional large volunteer experience on the management of Beijing Garden Expo. Acurding to the analysis of social stratification of volunteer management system, the classification assessment model was established and a complete and effective volunteer evaluation mechanism was formed, achieving good working effect.
