摘要
目的以EPE缓冲包装系统为研究对象,探讨非线性系统跌落冲击响应分析的近似解析方法。方法基于EPE系统跌落冲击试验,建立系统动力学模型,应用变分迭代法求解动力学方程,获得系统响应的一阶近似解,预测系统跌落冲击时间、最大位移及加速度等参数。结果与实测结果比较,系统跌落冲击时间、位移及加速度峰值等相对误差小于5%。结论非线性系统跌落冲击响应分析的变分迭代法具有普遍意义。
This study discussed the approximate solution for the dropping shock analysis of nonlinear system, the EPE cushion system. A dynamic system model was set up based on the drop impact test of EPE, and the first-order approximate solution was achieved by the variational iteration method, predicting the system parameters such as the period of dropping shock, the maximum displacement and the acceleration. Compared to the actual measurement results, the relative errors of the drop impact time, the displacement and the acceleration peak value were less than 5%. The variational iteration method for analysis of nonlinear drop-impact response system is universal and provides some reference for the analysis of nonlinear packaging system.
