摘要
应用共同边界DEA模型测度2003-2012年我国各省公共卫生投资效率,比较区域前沿面和共同前沿面下各省公共卫生投资效率的时空差异,并检验我国公共卫生投资效率的区域收敛情况。结果表明:无论是在区域前沿面还是共同前沿面,我国各省公共卫生投资效率差距都十分显著。因此,政府应结合各省的实际情况,采取差异化政策来提升公共卫生投资效率。
The public health investment efficiency in each province of China was measured by using meta- frontier DEA model during the period of 2003 to 2012.To compare the spatio-temporal difference of public health investment efficiency under regional frontier and meta-frontier, and to check out the current situation of public health investment efficiency by using convergence test. The results showed that the difference both in the frontier region and common frontier was very significant. Therefore, government should combine with the reality in different provinces and adopt different policies to increase the public health investment efficiency.
