摘要
对水稻幼苗进行不同水平Ca2 + 处理 ,结果表明 :缺钙和加 0 75~ 10 5mmol/LCa2 + 处理对水稻幼苗的株高无明显影响 ;缺Ca2 + 会降低水稻幼苗的根系活力、叶绿素含量和光合强度 ;加Ca2 + 能增加水稻幼苗根冠比和根系活力 ;加低浓度 ( 0 75~ 1 5mmol/L)Ca2 + 可增加水稻幼苗的干物重、叶绿素含量和光合强度 ,促进水稻幼苗生长 ;加高浓度 ( 5 5~ 10 5mmol/L)Ca2 + 则降低叶绿素含量和光合强度 。
Different concentrations of Ca 2+ to treat rice seedling were used.The results showed that there was no significant effect on plant height of rice seedling among the treatments of lacking and adding Ca 2+ , but root activity, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate were reduced due to lacking Ca 2+ . By adding Ca 2+ , root/stem and root activity of rice seedling increased .The experiment also indicated that dry substance ,chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate increased, by adding low concentration Ca 2+ (0 75~1 5mmol/L).But under the high Ca 2+ concentration, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate were reduced, it seemed that high Ca 2+ concentration (5 5~10 5mmol/L) would bring an inhibiting effect on the growth of rice seeding.
