摘要
噪声监测系统需要解决海量监测数据定位、音频数据与分贝数据同步采集等问题.在研制ENS3000噪声监测取证系统中,分析了噪声音频处理原理及编码算法,包括一维离散余弦变换、小波变换等;提出了音频数据分段存储格式,解决了海量音频数据的快速定位问题,保证音频跨段连续处理;提出了分贝和音频采集合并技术以简化输入信道,解决了音频数据和分贝数据的同步采集问题;系统结构上采用双层散热和隔离设计,解决了仪器散热和防水问题.
The noise monitoring system needs to solve several problems, such as how to locate the massive monitoring data, how to collect the audio data and noise decibel synchronous. In ENS3000 system, the principle of noise audio frequency processing and coding algorithm was analyzed, including Discrete Cosine Transform and wavelet transform. The synchronous problem between the audio data and noise decibel was solved, the special storage format which separated the audio data was used to find item in massive data, and insure audio data across segments to be processed continually, the technology combined noise decibel and audio data simplify the signal input channel, and insure the audio data and noise decibel collected synchronous. For the system was setup outdoor, the problem of heat dissipating, waterproof and ingress protection was solved by double-layer structure and isolating design.
