摘要 土石坝溃坝的发生将会对下游居民、经济、社会环境产生灾害性的影响,水库大坝的洪水风险分析有助于掌握水库的健康运行状况,有着重要的指导意义。通过二维水力学有限元法模拟溃坝下游洪水演进,并获取溃坝洪水风险图,制定相应的应急处理预案。 The break of earth-rockfill dam will cause a catastrophic influence on the downstream residents ,economic and social environment .Flood risk analysis helps to grasp sound operation of the reservoir dam ,which has an important guiding significance . This paper simulated flood routing of the dam break downstream with two-dimensional finite element method ,and got the flood risk map of broken dam ,and then formulated the corresponding emergency response plans .
