摘要
国内外对知识分享、组织学习与组织绩效的关系已经做了相当程度的研究,然而国内尚缺乏系统的总结和评价。文章以2000至2013年间国内外研究文献为样本,以元分析与路径分析相结合的方法探讨知识分享、组织学习与组织绩效的关系。结果表明三者间效应值具有显著正相关,调节变量分析的结果表明文献来源区域是知识分享与组织绩效效应量间产生异质性的原因,在此基础上提出了相关启示。
The methods of Meta-analysis and about relationships among knowledge sharing SEM are used to synthesize the studies from 2000 -2013 inquiring , organizational learning and organizational performance. The main findings of this study include: There is the significant correlation among knowledge sharing, organizational learning and organizational performance. The examination of moderator effects yielded important result: the source of literature affects heterogeneity, but others are not. As a result, some suggestions are provided for organizational performance based on knowledge and future research.
