摘要
葡萄根瘤蚜既是我国农业植物检疫性有害生物,又是进境植物检疫性有害生物。本研究以田间采集的带有葡萄根瘤蚜的葡萄根为样本,采用不同稀释倍数的80%敌敌畏等4种农药浸泡5 min、10 min和15min。试验结果表明:80%敌敌畏900倍液处理、10%吡虫啉800倍液、20%啶虫脒800倍液、480 g/L毒死蜱2000倍液处理5~10 min即可达到100%的杀灭效果,可推荐作为葡萄根瘤蚜的检疫处理方法。
Grape phylloxera not only is a species of agriculture plant quarantine pest, but also is a kind of import plant quarantine pest. The roots with grape phylloxera were dipped into the different dilution ratio of four pesticides at 5 min, 10 min and 15 min. The result showed that grape phylloxera could be fully killed in the 900 times liquid of 80% dichlorphos, 800 times liquid of 10% imidacloprid, 800 times liquid of 20% acetamiprid and 2000 times liquid of 480 g/L dursban dipping 5-10 min. The processing technique can be recommended as a method of phytosanitary treatment.
