摘要
介绍了阀门远传机构安装过程中,套管预埋、阀门定位、远传机构组装等关键工序,分析了定位、接口和工序质量问题产生的原因,认为应采取的改进措施为:细化施工图纸,使远传机构制造标准化,提高技术交底工作效率.
The installation is studied of the remote transmission mechanism, casing embedded parts, valve positioning,and interface. It is suggested that construction drawings be strict, remote transmission mechanism manufacturing standardized, and technical disclosure and work efficient.
