高职机械制造与自动化专业教学改革研究——以江阴职业技术学院为例

On the teaching reform of major of high vocational machine-manufacturing and automation——A case study of the teaching reforms in Jiangyin Polytechnic College

为了培养出适应地方经济建设的机械制造与自动化专业高技能应用型人才,从"现代班组长"型人才培养目标的确立、课程体系的构建、以就业为导向的实践教学体系设计、课程综合化设置和双证课程建设等方面进行了改革,认为只有顺应市场需求,积极调整人才培养策略,才能将人才培养质量提高到一个新水平.

The researchers follow the profession-oriented objectives in their teaching of the machinery majors by construction of the curricular system,concentrating on the workshop teaching practice and reforming the teaching methodology. It is argued that the teaching reform is to comply with the demand of market,adjust strategies and improve the teaching qualities.
