基于高精度路面雷达的沥青层空隙率检测方法

摘要 选用2GHz高频雷选对运营期沥青路面结构层中空隙率进行检测和定量分析。雷达波在不同介质传递的过程中,由于介电常数的不同,会产生明显的波峰。当从均匀介质的沥青路面传递到空洞时,由于介电常数的变化,将会产生逆向波峰。分别建立了雷达波形图中逆波峰的幅值及其和空气与面层产生的波峰幅值的比值与沥青结构层空隙率的定量关系。试验结果表明,采用逆波峰的幅值和空气与面层产生的波峰幅值的比值评价沥青结构层空隙率更加精确。研究成果为运营期沥青路面内部缺陷的判别及养护措施的制定提供了重要依据。 Asphalt pavement voids were detected by 2GHz Ground Penetrating Radar. In the course of different media radar transmission, due to different dielectric constant, would produce significant peaks. When passing from the asphalt road to the empty homogeneous medium, due to changes in the dielectric constant, will produce the reverse peak. Quantitative relations were established in the reverse radar waveforms with peak amplitudes and air and surface layer produced peak amplitude ratio and porosity of the structural layer of asphalt. Results show that can better detect the asphalt pavement voids exist in different locations through the radar waveforms and the inverse peak amplitude and asphalt mixture inside the cavity size is positively correlated and with the interior loosely degree of asphalt mixture the inverse relationship.
