新农村文化建设现状探析——以恩施市芭蕉侗族乡为例

Analysis of Current Situation and cultural construction of new countryside——A Case Study of Enshi City, Bajiaodongzu Township

新农村建设,是我国贯彻落实科学发展观,解决"三农"问题的重大举措,也是全面建设小康社会的重点任务。随着新农村建设的稳步推进,农村文化的发展受到很多因素的制约,特别是农民主体地位缺失及精神文化生活缺失的现象较为严重,已成为推动新农村建设的严重阻碍。该文通过问卷调查,对新农村建设中文化建设现状进行剖析,明确新农村文化建设中取得的成果与存在的问题,尝试为新农村文化建设提出新思路。

The new rural construction in China is implementing the scientific concept of development of major initiatives and solve the＂three rural issues＂ ,the key task is the comprehensive construction well--off society.With the steady progress of the new rural constructlon,the development of rural culture is restricted by many factors,especially the lack of dominant position of the peasants and the spiritual and cultural life of the missing phenomenon is more serious,has become the promotion of serious obstacle to new rural construction.This article through the questionnaire survey,the present situation of culture construction in new countryside construction analysis,clear the new rural cultural construction achievements and existing problems,try to put forward new ideas for the construction of new rural culture.
