新加坡作为英联邦中亚洲地区最发达的国家,其极具特点的现代化发展道路和由此创造出的辉煌建设成果一直是世人关注的焦点。新加坡在经历了四十多年的建设后,终于创造了"东亚奇迹",成为一个成功的现代化国家。文章从社会和"人"的角度解析"现代化",以期为中国"现代化"的学术研究提供新的思索角度。

As the most developed countries in Asia of the british commonwealth countries ,the extremely characteristic of modern development in Singapore and thus creates brilliant fruits of construction makes it has been the focus of world attention .This article will rely Singapore：“authoritative” political modernization which written by the professor Chen Zuzhou of Nanjing University , parse the definition of modern from the perspective of society and the “people”, in order to provide new thinking angle for the “modernization” of academic re-search.
