可吸收缝线用于腮腺手术切口缝合效果观察

The Clinical Observation on Absorbable Suture Used in Parotid Gland Operation

目的观察可吸收缝线应用于腮腺手术切口缝合的临床效果。方法选择2012年9月至2014年1月行腮腺手术并符合纳入标准的患者60例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组使用5-0抗菌薇乔线缝合切口。对照组使用5-0普通不可吸收丝线缝合切口。出院后随访3个月,观察两组患者腮腺术后切口的愈合及瘢痕增生情况。结果观察组甲级愈合率为100%,对照组甲级愈合率为86.7%。术后3个月随访,对照组有2例出现线头排斥反应。两组术后瘢痕厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察组较对照组腮腺术后形成瘢痕厚度明显减小,更符合腮腺术后患者对美观的要求。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of absorbable suture used in incision suture of parotid gland operation.Methods Totally 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of parotid gland operation of the parotid gland in our hospital were selected in this study from September 2012 to January 2014. The patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group. 5-0 absorbable suture was used in the observation group and 5-0 non absorbable silk surgical suture was used in the control group. Follow-up was performed at 3 months postoperatively. Patients in the two groups were observated and analyzed for healing and scar hyperplasia of the parotid surgery incision. Results The rate of primary healing in the observation group was 100%,and 86. 7% in the control group,with 2 cases of suture residue reaction. The difference of scar thickness between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with non absorbable suture,the scar is significantly thinner for the patients treated with absorbable surgical suture,which could get better aesthetic outcome for parotid gland surgery.
