Research on How to Improve the Legal Thinking and the Ability of the Party Cadres to Handle Affairs according to Law

党员领导干部是否具备法治思维和依法办事能力及其能力的高低,关系到我国依法治国能否实现及达到何种程度的重大问题。当前,我国党员领导干部法治思维和依法办事能力尚存在认识不够、能力不足等诸多问题。未来,应着力构建提高党员领导干部法治思维和依法办事能力的体制、机制,营造党员领导干部自觉运用法治思维、法治方式解决改革发展中问题的氛围。

Whether the party cadres possess the legal thinking and the ability to handle affairs according to law, and how much the ability could be, concerns whether our country can manage state affairs according to law and to what extent to do it. Currently there exist some problems concerning the legal thinking and the ability of party cadres to handle affairs according to law in our country, such as the insufficient knowledge and deficiency of ability etc. In the future, we should make efforts to construct the system and mechanism to improve the legal thinking and the ability of party cadres to handle affairs according to law, and create the atmosphere in which party cadres may apply the legal thinking and way to solve the problems in the reform and development.
