摘要 降低汽轮机背压是核电厂提高循环热效率的重要手段之一,而维持汽轮机背压有两个有效途径:一是加强密封减少泄漏,二是维持凝汽器的抽真空能力。凝汽器抽真空系统用来抽出凝汽器里的空气和不凝性气体,建立并维持凝汽器里的真空,从而为汽轮机提供一个合适的背压。该文主要介绍了三代核电技术AP1000的凝汽器抽真空系统设备及运行方式,并简要分析了AP1000抽真空系统运行特性及其优缺点。 One of the important methods to improve the thermal efficiency of nuclear power plant is to reduce the turbine backpressure, and there are two efficient paths to maintain the turbine backpressure:one is to strengthen seal to reduce leakage,and the other is to maintain the vacuum extraction capability of the Condenser.Condenser air removal systemremoves noncondensable gases and air from the main condenser, and establishes and maintains a vacuum in the main condenser, thereby provides a suitable backpressure for the turbine.The equipment and modes of operation of the Condenser air removal system of the third generation nuclear technology AP1000 is introduced in this paper,and the advantage and disadvantage of operation of the AP1000 Condenser air removal system is analyzed briefly.
