Multiple Models of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Talent Cultivation of Software Outsourcing

在全球服务外包行业高速发展的背景之下,我国的软件服务外包行业迅速进入国际领先水平。这对我国的软件服务外包人才产生了很大的需求。校企合作是一种有效的培养软件服务外包人才的新方式。但我国的校企合作依然处于比较初级的状态。该文基于当前软件服务外包行业发展形势和软件服务外包人才培养现状,针对高校与企业不断深入合作培养人才的背景,探讨了校企合作培养软件服务外包人才的多种模式,并针对我国软件服务外包人才的培养给出了建议。

Under the background of fast development of global outsourcing, the Chinese software outsourcing industry has entered the international leading level. It brings a great requirement on talents cultivation of software outsourcing. School-enterprise cooperation is an effective and new method on talents cultivation of software outsourcing which is still not mature in our nation. This paper considers the current situation of the development of software outsourcing and the talent cultivation for the industry from the aspect of school-- enterprise cooperation, discusses and differentiates multiple models of school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation of software outsourcing, and provides several suggestions for the talent cultivation.
