《黄帝内经》“圜道时中”思想渊源探讨

Discussion on the origin of “Yuandao Shizhong”theory of The Inner Canon of Huangdi

《黄帝内经》构建了中医理论体系的基本框架。就其思想文化渊源而言,则主要出自中国古代哲学及先秦诸子的影响。本文通过对《内经》原文的认真梳理,周易思想体系的总结和古天文学科学体系的参照,把《内经》的思想文化渊源以"圜道时中"四字概括之。"圜道"描述的是运动的轨迹,"时中"描述的是运动的刻度;"圜道"是象的概括,"时中"是数的确定;二者有机统一,不可分割。"圜道时中"思想的提出,不仅最简洁地体现了《内经》的天人合一观;统一了阴阳、五行、六气、八卦等子模型;而且可以阐释人体生理病理的气化时序规律及各种观点互异的养生理论。它更准确地表达出了易道的精髓和《内经》的时序理念。

The Inner Canon of Huangdi established the basic framework of traditional Chinese medi-cine （ TCM） . Its ideology and culture origin was mainly influenced by ancient Chinese philosophy and various scholars in pre-Qin period. This paper attempted to generalize ideology and culture origin of The Inner Canon of Huangdi into four Chinese characters, namely Yuandao Shizhong, which was achieved by combing the o-riginal text of The Inner Canon of Huangdi, summarizing on the ideological system of The Book of Changes and referring to the scientific system of the ancient astronomy. In specific, Huandao described the motion trail, and it was the summarization of Xiang （image）, while Shizhong described the motion scale, and it was the determination of Shu（ number） . The above two concepts was an organic whole which was indivisible. The putting forward of Yuandao Shizhong theory not only briefly reflected the theory of unity of human body and natural environment and unified the sub models of Yin-yang, five phases, six climatic factors in nature and the eight diagrams, but also explained the timing sequence rule of human body physiology and pathology as well as various health maintenance theories. Therefore, this theory expressed the essence of The Book of Changes and the timing sequence concept of The Inner Canon of Huangdi more accurately.
