浅谈基于方证的证候类中药新药研发策略

Discussion on the research and development strategy of the new medicine of syndrome TCM based on formulas and syndromes

辨证论治、有是证用是药是中医特色和生命力所在,证候类中药新药研发符合中医药治疗传统特色和优势。对证候的界定和证候评估标准的确立,是目前证候类中药新药研发研究的难点和瓶颈之一。方证作为方剂用药的临床指征,将方药与证候有机联系在一起,从方证研究入手来确立证候类中药的评估体系,是解决证候类中药研发关键问题的有效途径,笔者根据现代临床的研究结果和思考,提出了基于方证的证候类中药新药研发相关思路的初步设想。旨在抛砖引玉。

Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. Research on new medicine of syndrome TCM conforms to the characteristics and advantages of TCM. But it is a difficult point, especially on the defining of TCM syndromes and the establishment of syn-drome evaluation standard. The theory of formulas and syndromes, as a clinical guide for prescription, can link formula and medicine with TCM syndromes. The theory is a key to solve the problem. According to the results of modern clinical research and thinking, the author gives us some tentative ideas of how to go for-ward on the research of new medicine of syndrome TCM based on the theory of formulas and syndromes.
