论“虚不受补”及状态辨治策略

Discussion of “too asthenia to nourish”and the strategy from syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the view of state

本文对临床常见"虚不受补"困境进行了思考和探索,提出"虚不受补"的主要原因是补不得法与措施不当。其深层原因是未能认识到"虚不受补"是一种复杂状态,采用线性思维下的"直补"策略常常不能有效解决。临证可从状态辨治思路,识状态,析病机,并处理好虚实及内外邪气等关系,采用调补、通补之法,兼顾重视调脾胃、畅气机等策略,综合施治,实现虚者可补,虚体可调。

After thinking over the clinical dilemma of the“too asthenia to nourish”, the author put forword that the reason of “too asthenia to nourish” was inappropriate nourishing treatment. Mostly, we didn’ t realize that the further reason of“too asthenia to nourish” was complicated, which was inefficient by nourishing directly. The treatment used the strategy from syndrome differentiation to recognize patient sta-tion, analyze the pathogeny of disease and handle with the relationship of actual situation of disease and the pathogenic factors. We can use the treatment of nourishing by clearing or adjusting. What’ s more, we can adopt the strategy by adjusting the function of the spleen and the stomach as well as dispelling dampness and stasis. With the comprehensive measures, we may both nourish and adjust the weak patients.
