建筑企业安全文化对安全服从行为的影响——以过度自信的中介作用为视角

Impact of Safety Culture on Safety Compliance Behaviors in Construction Enterprises——From the Perspective of Mediating Role of Overconfidence

企业安全生产是社会各界关注的焦点,以建筑企业员工安全管理的调查数据为基础,考察过度自信在安全文化与安全服从行为之间的中介作用,结果表明:安全观念文化、安全制度文化和安全物质文化对安全服从行为存在显著正向作用,而对过度自信存在显著负向作用;过度自信对安全服从行为具有显著负向作用,且它在安全观念文化、安全制度文化和安全物质文化预测安全服从行为过程中起到了显著的部分中介作用。

Safety production has become the social focus. Based on the research data from the staff safety management in construction enterprises, this paper studies the mediating role of overconfidence between safety culture and safety compliance behaviors. The results show that safety concept culture, safety system culture and safety material culture have significantly positive influence on safety compliance behavior; safety concept culture, safety system culture and safety material culture have significantly negative influence on overconfidence respectively; overconfidence has significantly negative influence on safety compliance behavior; and overconfidence plays partial mediating role in the process of safety concept culture, safety system culture and safety material culture predicting safety compliance behavior respectively.
