摘要
民国时期聘任制的确立为大学教师流动提供了根本的制度保障,它使教师与高校之间的双向选择机制得以建立,大学教师的学术自由和个性独立得以实现。民国时期大学教师流动还包括校内的职称晋升机制,这是一种向上的纵向流动。此外还有大学教师跨系统的横向流动,主要表现为一些大学教师弃教从政,它是在大学教师流动过程中所建立起来的学术与政治的链接。
The establishment of appointment system provided the basic institutional guarantee for the flow of university teachers during the period of Republic China. A two-way selection mechanism was established to accommodate both the teachers and universities' freedom of choices and the university teachers at that time could enjoy their academic freedom and independence. The university teacher' flow mechanism during the period of Republic China also included campus promotion mechanism, which was a longitudinal one. In addition, the transverse flow across the system appeared among university teachers, serving as an academic and political link in the flow of university teachers.
