简要介绍和分析了日本垃圾分类发展战略,结合国内垃圾分类态势,提出了我国制定垃圾分类战略研究计划的几点建议:立足国情,抓住要害,解决重点环境问题。

The strategy of Japanese refuse classification was introduced and analyzed, based on which, suggestions on Chinese policies of refuse classification was put forward. The main points covered identifying the key problems and solving the key environmental issues on the basis of Chinese realities.
