摘要
以一个实际监测案例为基础,分析了工业园区中企业厂界噪声测量过程中的布点、背景噪声的测量、排放达标判别等问题。认为从环境管理的角度,应首先治理控制周边企业的厂界噪声,以准确定性单个企业超标与否的情况。
Basing on a true environmental monitoring case, the points distribution, the determination of the background noise, and the evaluation of the monitoring results in the process of monitoring industrial enterprises noise at boundary in an industrial district were analyzed. The industrial enterprises noise at boundary should be treated in order to identify if a single enterprise could not reach the noise standard in the respect of environmental management.
