摘要
分析了分布式电源的位置、容量对微电网过电流保护的影响,阐述了传统三段式保护配置不能满足分布式电源接入条件下微电网的过电流保护要求。针对美国电力可靠性技术解决方案协会提出的包含分布式电源的微电网模型,给出3种具体的保护方案,以实现分布式电源接入条件下微电网继电保护自动、快速、有选择地动作,从而保证电网安全可靠运行。
This paper analyzes negative effects of the location and capacity of distributed gen- erators on a micro-grid. Traditional three-step protection devices cannot meet the requirements of a micro-grid with a large amount of distributed generators. The American Association of Electric Reliability Technology Solutions (CERTS) has proposed a micro-grid model containing distributed generators. Based on the model, this paper presents three specific relay protection devices to en- sure that micro-grid relay protection acts automatically, quickly and selectively.
