摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,我国的合金行业也在不断的向前发展,研究高强度压铸铝合金及其热处理对合金行业的意义重大。铝合金行业的发展促进了汽车等工业的发展,但由于汽车等行业的发展加大了对铝合金的需求量,因此,又反过来促进了铝合金行业的发展。但是目前的铝合金铸造技术很难满足这么大量的市场需要。该研究者在该研究中通过阐述高强度压铸铝合金及其热处理的内涵,分析了高强度压铸铝合金优化的影响因素和试验过程、试验结果以及高强度压铸铝合金热处理优化的影响因素和试验过程、试验结果,为合金行业的发展提供参考依据。
With the rapid development of science and technology,China's alloy industry is constantly moving forward, research and high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting alloy heat treatment on the significance of a major industry.The development of aluminum industry, promote the development of automobile industry,but due to the development of automobile and other industries has increased the demand for aluminum and,therefore,in turn,promote the development of the aluminum industry.However, the current aluminum casting technology is difficult to meet the needs of such a large number of markets.In this study,the author describes a high strength aluminum die-casting by its heat content,analyzes the influencing factors and the factors affecting the testing process and test of high-strength aluminum die-casting process optimization, test results and high strength die-cast aluminum heat treatment optimization the test results provide a reference for the development of alloys industry.
