浅析替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪用于高血压治疗对血压变异性的影响

摘要 目的观察替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪在使用的过程中对于高血压患者所产生的影响。方法对于158例中度或者轻度的高血压患者进行调查,并对其进行分类,分别通过替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪胶囊进行治疗,用量为40~80mg,其中包含了12.5mg氢氧噻嗪。在进行8周的治疗之后,对于动态血压进行检测。结果治疗之前,对于非勺形高血压组来说,另一组在24个小时之内,日间以及夜间的收缩压和舒张压都有着明显降低的标准差。在治疗之后,两组在24个小时之间的标准差有一定的降低,但是并没有统计学意义。结论替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪对于高血压患者血压的变异有着降低作用。
