国内医院获得性假丝酵母菌血症流行病学特点 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着免疫力低下宿主增多,真菌感染不断增多,特别是假丝酵母菌血症是侵袭性真菌感染最常见最严重的感染类型之一。其中医院获得性假丝酵母菌血症(NC)约占90%,而社区获得性较少见[1]。由于新的抗真菌药物出现,抗真菌预防应用和治疗策略的改变,使 NC 流行病学规律出现了新特点。本文对国内近年来的 NC 流行病学资料综述如下。
