摘要
乙型肝炎相关性慢加急性肝衰竭是导致慢性乙型肝炎患者死亡的常见原因之一,目前在诊断和治疗上都存在较多难点和疑点,本文根据国内外相关文献和个人临床经验,对近年来有关的诊断标准和各种治疗手段进行了综合评述,希望能对临床医生和科研工作者提供一定的参考。
HBV related acute on chronic liver failure is one of the most common causes of death in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Currently, there exists many difficulties and doubts in the diagnosis and treatment to the disease. Here, in this review, we summarized some different related literatures and personal clinical experiences, aim to offer some beneficial references for clinicians and researchers.
