喉鳞状细胞癌中肿瘤血管生成因子CD105的表达

The expression of tumor angiogenesis factor CD105 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中Endoglin(CD105)的表达及其与LSCC临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测76例LSCC、25例喉正常黏膜(NLT)中CD105的表达情况,分析其与LSCC患者临床病理因素的关系及对LSCC预后判断的价值。结果 (1)76例LSCC中以CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)为10.33±2.29,25例NLT为1.20±1.04,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD105标记的MVD(CD105-MVD)的表达与LSCC的组织学分级、T分期、临床分期、淋巴结转移、是否复发、预后有关(P<0.05)。(2)生存分析显示,CD105、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、T分期、有无复发是患者预后独立的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 LSCC中CD105促进LSCC的发生、恶性发展及不良预后,检测其表达有助于LSCC的诊断及预后判断。 Objective To investigate the expression of Endoglin (CD105) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) as well as the relationship between its expression and the clinicopathological factors of LSCC. Methods The expression of CD105 was detected in 76 cases of LSCC and 25 normal laryngeal tissues (biLl') by immunohistochemical staining (S-P). Such conditions as the relationship between it and the clinicopathological factors of LSCC, and its value in predicting prognosis of LSCC were analyzed. Results The mean of microvessel density (MVD) value marked by CD105 in 76 LSCC was 10.33-+-2.29, which was significantly higher than 1.20~1.04 in 25 NLT (P〈0.05). The expression of MVD marked by CD105 (CD105-MVD) was correlated with histological grading, T stage, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, recurrence and prognosis in LSCC (P〈0.05). Survival analysis indicated that the expression of CD105 and histological grading, lymph node metastasis, T stage and recurrence were independent factors for tumor prognosis in LSCC (P〈0.05). Conclusion CD105 may play important role in the tumorigenesis, malignant progression and poor prognosis of LSCC. Its detection may be great value in diagnosis and predicting prognosis of LSCC.
