电商物流同城配送与城市公交系统协同发展路径研究

Research on Collaborative Development Path of E-Commerce Logistics City Distribution and Urban Public Transport System

在电子商务环境下,城市公交系统与同城物流配送两者之间可以协同发展。从组织层面、业务流程层面和信息层面等三个方面做好协同设计,建立和完善公共信息平台,提高物流管理一体化水平,有效节约资源,降低物流成本,从而实现电商物流服务水平的整体提升,真正解决城市配送"最后一公里"的问题。

Both of the urban public transport system and city logistics distribution can be collaborative developed in e - business circumstance. We should conscientiously do a good job of collaborative design from three aspects of organization, business processes and information, such as： establishing and perfecting the public information plat- form, improving integration level of logistics management, and reducing logistics cost. Then, the whole service level of the e - commerce logistics can be achieved and the ＂Last - Mile＂ issue in city distribution can be solved.
