排便义"解手"的来源跟明清时期的移民传说无关,也非婉辞用法,而是在排便义"解"的双音化过程中,"溲"异写为"手",即"解手"的语源可能来自于"解溲",是一例语言通假现象。

The origin of the phrase＂ Jieshou （解手）＂ has nothing to do with the legend of the immigrants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, nor is it derived from a euphemism.
