毛竹薄壁组织抽提物成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过物理分离的方法从新鲜毛竹中分离出薄壁组织,利用索氏抽提的方法提取薄壁组织中的化学成分,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对抽提物成分进行分析。经分析鉴定,毛竹薄壁组织苯/醇抽提物经色谱分离可以得到40个峰,可以检测出其中的34种抽提物成分,占色谱峰总流出峰面积的91.75%;其主要化学组分为酯类6种、酮类7种和醇类5种,分别占物质总量的39.94%、25.72%和8.74%;主要化学物质为:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(19.26%)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(14.91%)、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(8.76%)、(3E,5Z)-6,10-二甲基-3,5,9-十一碳三烯-2-酮(8.11%)、苯乙烯(5.09%)、芳樟醇(4.99%)。 The parenchyma in fresh Phyllostachys pubescens was separated by the method of physical separation, the chemical components of parenchyma were extracted by the method of Soxhlet extraction, and the extratives components were isolated and identified by using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined technology. Forty compounds were separated and 34 of them were identified and determined, accounting for 91.75% of the chromatographic peak's total outflow peak area; the main chemical compositions were divided into 6 kinds of esters, 7 ketones, 5 alcohols, accounting for 39.94% of the total material, 25.72% and 8.74% respectively; The major components were dibutyl phthalate (19.26%), diisooctyl phthalate(14.91%), 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2- pentanone(8.76%), (3E,5Z)-6,10-dimethyl-3,5,9-undecetrien-2-one (8.11%), styrene(5.09%), linaloo1(4.99%).
