综述了国内外单细胞蛋白(SCP)开发利用和用农业废弃物生产SCP的发展与现状,重点介绍了利用纤维素原料和农副加工产品废弃物生产SCP的研究进展及面临的问题,并对农业废弃物生产SCP的产业化发展提出了建议。

The application and development trend of producing single cell protein home and abroad were introduced. The importance of producing single cell protein from agricultural residue was discussed, which included the progress of fermentation of single cell protein（SCP） by cellulose material and agricultural by-products. It also discussed the problems existing in the production of SCP and the application prospect.
